GIRLS LACROSSE

Our Girls Program starts in 1st grade and goes to 8th Grade.

Each level of the Girls Program involves a minor level of contact and the proper equipment is required:

  • Goggles

  • Mouthguard

  • Stick

Practice & Games for 3/4, 5/6, 7/8

  • Practice is typically on Monday and Wednesday, 6:00pm - 7:30pm at Heritage Park.

  • The season starts in March, where we will start our practices at Branchburg Sports Complex.

  • Typically schedule 2-3 games a week, typically during the week.

Practice & Games for 1/2

  • Practice will be on Monday OR Wednesday

  • We will schedule (1) game a week

In 2026, our group consists of:

  • Del Val, Phillipsburg, Branchburg, Flemington, Warren Hills, Somerset Hills, Watchung Hills, Bridgewater, Tewksbury, Hillsborough, Basking Ridge

We utilize TeamSnap for our scheduling and league communications.

Each player (at all levels) is required to have a USA Lacrosse account and will be needed during registration. USA lacrosse is the national governing body of boys and girls lacrosse and membership is an insurance requirement. (https://www.usalacrosse.com.)
